From neighbour to neighbour
Everyone can both help and ask
Trust is built by actions, not words
We do not ask anyone to take things on faith. Every level in the network reflects what other people have already confirmed.
● Help in the network is free. Never send money upfront or share card details.
Why a neighbour network
- Fast. The nearest help is usually in the same building or the next one.
- Resilient. The network keeps working when large logistics stop: people are already on site.
- Accountable. Every act of help is confirmed by both sides. Figures on the site are live data, not estimates.
- Safe. Minimum personal data: no apartment numbers, contacts shared only by consent, vulnerable people shown at block level.
- Community-building. Building coordinators become the core of local civic life beyond the winter.
- Equipment for buildings: generators, power stations, Starlink
- Funding for coordinators and the SMS verification service
- Corporate volunteering and transport
- Warm spaces in offices and shops
Buildings already in the network
The public map shows buildings only, rounded to ~100 m. Requests are visible only to registered neighbours. Phone numbers are shared only by mutual consent.

Support the network
We are looking for foundations, companies and partners who want their support to reach people directly — through neighbours, with transparent reporting.
● In a life-threatening situation call 101, 103 or 112.
